I have just become a member of BuddySlim and I’m very excited to get started. I have been struggling all my life with my weight. While I was pregnant with my last child I actually lost weight. I do believe its because I chose to start eating healthier for him. Well after I gave birth I slowly went back to my old habits of eating too much of the wrong foods. I’m trying to break that habit now. I really want to be healthy not just for my kids and fiance…but for me! I lost a lot of weight before my second child. I was 20 lbs from my goal when I got pregnant. I miss that. My problem is that I get upset or discouraged and instead of finding someone to talk to, I eat. This is a habit I need to learn to break. And any suggestions to help lose the weight would be greatly appreciated. I know for one thing that I need to drink more water and eat healthier and exercise….but I need help with the eating healthier. Usualy the food that is good for you doesn’t taste that great. I’m really a picky eater. Look forward to hearing from everyone!
